Welcome to Fresh Frontier Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform for buying and selling vegetables and fruits. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Fresh Frontier Technologies Pvt Ltd.
• "Supplier" refers to farmers, greenhouses, and organic farms supplying vegetables & fruits.
• "Buyer" refers to hotels, restaurants, merchants, or other businesses purchasing products from us.
• "Platform" refers to https://tfft.co.in and any other mediums used for transactions.

3. Supplier Terms

• Suppliers must ensure that all produce is fresh, organic (if claimed), and free from harmful chemicals or pesticides beyond permissible limits.
• All produce should meet the quality and grading standards specified by the company.
• Suppliers must provide accurate weight, quantity, and pricing details.
• Payments to suppliers will be processed as per the agreed-upon terms (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
• Any disputes regarding quality or quantity will be handled as per our internal dispute resolution policy.

4. Buyer Terms

• Buyers must place orders through the platform or via our designated representatives.
• Orders are subject to availability and seasonal variations.
• Buyers must inspect and accept deliveries at the time of receipt. Any quality issues must be reported within 24 hours.
• Payment must be made within the stipulated period as per the invoice terms. Delayed payments may attract penalties.
• Cancellations and modifications to orders must be made before dispatch.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices of products are determined based on market rates and supplier agreements.
• The company reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.
• Payment modes include bank transfer, UPI, or any other approved digital method.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of further supplies.

6. Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery schedules will be as per prior agreement between the company and the buyer.
• The company will ensure timely and safe delivery; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, transport issues) will not be our liability.
• Buyers must provide accurate delivery addresses and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or spoiled goods, provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after verification.
• No refunds will be issued for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

8. Compliance & Legal Obligations

• Suppliers and buyers must comply with local food safety and trade regulations.
• The company is not responsible for any legal violations by third parties.
• Any fraudulent transactions will lead to account suspension and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and materials on https://tfft.co.in are the property of Fresh Frontier Technologies Pvt Ltd.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
• Our liability in any claim shall not exceed the transaction value of the disputed order.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes must first be addressed through mutual discussions.
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Pune/ Maharashtra.

12. Amendments & Updates

• The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
