Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described upon delivery.
  • The product is incorrect compared to the order placed.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect order placement by the buyer.
  • Partial usage or consumption of the delivered product.
  • Delays in reporting issues beyond 24 hours after delivery.
  • Orders that were accepted and used by the buyer without any complaint at the time of delivery.

3. Return Process

  • Buyers must initiate a return request within 24 hours via email or phone, providing order details and supporting images of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility for a return.
  • If approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging at the time of pickup.
  • Once received, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund based on availability.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed, except for valid reasons, subject to our approval.
