1. Order Cancellation by the Buyer

Buyers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled without any charges if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched.
• After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed except in unforeseen circumstances, subject to company approval.

2. Order Cancellation by the Company

Fresh Frontier Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

• The ordered product is out of stock or unavailable.
• Unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, natural disasters, or regulatory restrictions.
• Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete address details, making delivery impossible.
• Payment is not received within the required time frame for prepaid orders.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• If an order is canceled after dispatch, the company may deduct delivery and handling charges before processing a refund.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or any other approved method).
