Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to provide fresh and high-quality vegetables and fruits to our buyers. However, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described upon delivery.
  • The product is incorrect compared to the order placed.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect order placement by the buyer.
  • Delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, transport issues).
  • Partial consumption of the delivered products.
  • Failure to report issues within the 24-hour window.

3. Refund Process

  • Buyers must report issues within 24 hours via email or phone, providing order details and supporting images.
  • Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or any other approved method).
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed, except for unforeseen circumstances, subject to our approval.
